Need advice/ answers for pallets

Does every racquet fit any Pallets? i.e. if I want to switch my Wilson racquet.
Long story short. I love my Diadem racket but the pallet feels like a Tecnifibre pallet and I hate it. Can I just take it off then put a different one on? I like rounder pallets

Which Wilson? Also have you tried searching the forums for an answer? I remember one thread called "will it pallet?" which may help.

All I found usually is how to put it on. But will try to find will it pallet
