Need conditioning schedule

I need to have a certain workout routine. I understand that a tennis player shouldn't do workouts that make you have bulky muscles but rather workouts with lower weights in higher reps to build endurance right?

I don't have access to any machines except a treadmill, pull up bar, and some weights.

If you could post a workout routine for me that I could do that would build any muscles necessary for tennis that would be great. :D

O yea also keep in mind I'm in high school.
