Ok, so I have a 10.8 oz strung frame, and it is 1pt HL at 27 inches.58 RA SW is 325 (unstrung it is 10.2 oz. and 4 pts HL). I am putting a .98 oz. leather/ overgrip combo on to replace my stock replacement grip. If that bumps my static weight up to around 11.2 or 11.3 oz. and alter my balance pt? With a light frame to start with, would that mean I would have a lighter static weight at SW2 than a heavy frame? How would this alter the play of the frame? If you had to give a ballpark, how much and where would I add lead on the frame? My problem is that I want the frame more HL but want SW2.....

If I only put the leather grip and overwrap on the frame, and bump the weight from 10.8 to 11.3 oz, will that take the fram from SW1 to Max Power Zone where it is impossible to control groundies? Any help would be appreciated!!

This is the 3rd thread youve posted on this topic, take it easy man.Just reply to the old ones and send them back up.
If you see no one replying, just buy lead tape and experiment yourself

Good luck

Yeah, sorry man, I just realized that myself:grin:

The swingweight won't go down when you increase weight on the handle. I wouldn't add any weight at the head until I tried it. If it doesn't hit like you want, decide what you don't like about it, then modify. You're thinking of modifying before you've even tried it. Bad habit.
