need help with BFII warranty

ok guys, my BFIIs (great shoes btw) are worn out so i was looking through the warranty card and i have some questions those are:

1. it says expressly on the card that they will replace it with another set of the same shoe, but i was under the impression that they sent a voucher. which is true?

2. on the card, it mentions something about filling out the back of the warranty card and send to the address on the back, but the problem is the back of my warranty card is blank. is this a problem?

But I believe you need to call first and get a return authorization number to put on your box and don't forget an original receipt. It only take a few minutes to set up your return authorization number since it's all automated.

Ya on the back of the card there is some info that you need to fill out. Your best bet is to go and get another card possibly if you have a tennis store nearby and tell them what's wrong.

The key is to call nike and let them know_if you send it back with out a return authorization, they are going to send them back unopened ;(

If you search on here, you should be able to come up with correct phone number. I've got it on my other machine and am out of town or I'd give it to you myself...sorry.

thanks guys, i just emailed nike customer service, if i dont get a reply tomorrow then i will call them
