Need Help with Training Powerful FH

    Hi folks
    I have some problems, perhaps you guys can give me advices.

    I no longer feel comfortable and powerful to swing my racket which is a light one. It's not a mental issue. I just toss a ball up front and hit it. I just feel very weak and inadequate for a guy of my strength.

    Questions: do you guys strength-train the hitting arm from time to time? Must rest adequately between regular sessions? I hit 1-2 hours almost daily.

    Some guys who hit quite powerfully adviced me to focus on hitting with the shoulder, elbow and wrist being passive and allowed to "snap" forward after contacting. I don't know if it's my grip (sw), techniques or tired arm or what.

    I am think i should just train by shadow swinging with a heaviest racket I can handle.

    Where should you feel the power coming from as you swing a powerful FH?
