Need info on N90 - Fed Limited Edition.....

I am aware the N90 Fed Limited Edition was only made available in Japan. Apparently only around 2000 of these were ever made.

Does anybody know if this racket differs in any way at all to the regular N90 apart from the string spacing and Fed signature? I used to have an N90 (didn’t like it that much). I have tried my mate’s K90 a few times and thought it was a solid racket. But I still don’t believe this is exactly Fed’s racket – I don’t care about his racket weighting – I am talking about material composition.

I have a suspicion that the N90 Fed Edition could have the same composition as the PS 6.0 85 except with a larger headsize. So for anyone that has tried this rare racket – please can you give me some info on how it plays compared to any of the other Tour 90’s.

All responses are much appreciated!

PS: I have already searched previous threads but found very little info

AFAIK, the Federer Signature Edition sold in Japan is the same as the regular US nCode 90 except for the string spacing and his signature on the side. It even still has the long handle pallet like on the retail nCode 90. Remember that Japan normally gets the lighter Asian version, so what made this racquet special in the Japanese market was that it was heavier since it was the US version, and of course the string spacing and signature (plus you get a poster and Fed's hybrid gut/ALU strings). Everything else, I believe, is the same as the retail US nCode 90.

As I know, also the material different with stock n90, Kevlar in it instead of nCode and I believe this racquet is the most closer racquet Federer really use, only difference is long handle pallet :-o And someone told me it hit more solid compare with stock K90 US version~

On the other hand it hit surely different to stock n90, very nice in topspin shots~
