Does anyone know if a racquet with a large head or a small head is better for tennis elbow? There seems to be contradictory info on the web! Also about length? Is standard length better for tennis elbow.

Note: I realize heavier is better, head light is better, low string tension is better and above all proper technique

    Any info appreciated.

acer, head size itself doesn't really matter. It's the stiffness, balance and weight of the frame that really matters. The POG OS is accepted as one of the most arm friendly frames out there. TW states that a larger head has a larger sweetspot and is more forgiving on off center hits with less torque. Longer racquets have more leverage on the arm and can have higher swing weight. This puts more force on the forearm and elbow. Combined with a stiff, head heavy frame, this can add to tennis elbow problems.
