Need Racquet Suggestions.

Ok, here is the problem: I have played the i.prestige mid (leaded up to 13.4oz and 12pts HL) for the past 2 years. This was fine for Junior level tennis, because no-one hit with a super-heavy pace, so I always had plenty of time to set up and really plow through the ball with this racquet. HOWEVER, This year I am playing collegiate tennis. Everyone hits alot harder, much more consistent and with alot more spin. I have tried everything and still feel like the weight of this stick is holding me back. Also, it is a VERY poor racquet to play doubles with, because it is so heavy and has a small head-size.

How I play:
*I stick to the baseline and hit heavy kicking topspin forehands wait for the short ball and come into net.
*Hit a one-handed back-hand (much like Justine's)
*Really working hard on building my net game.

This is what I think I need:
*I want a racquet that boosts my power slightly
*I need a larger hitting surface for an increased margin of error
*It needs to be lighter and thus MUCH more manuverable.
*It must work for doubles and Singles

Observations:
When I look at the other Collegiate tennis players they all, for the most part, play with either the n6.1 90/95 or a variant of a radical mid+, and pretty much everyone's racquet is lighter than mine.
*I Plan to order 8 demoes next week, so if you could help me figure out what racquets to demo based on your experience, it will probly save me alot of time! Thanks in advance!

My advice...... when in Rome.....

those frames you listed are very good frames :D . Try them out when you demo. Or take off the lead from your racquet.

try Head flexpoint 6 os, is only 9.3oz

There's no way that would work. I'm pretty small and I still hit a load of shots out with that racquet because it's just that strong.

Will an Ncode 90 give me more power and spin and be more manuverable that my 13.4oz prestige?

I assume it will give more power and spin because of open string pattern.

And it is nearly an OZ lighter, so I assume it will be more manuverable?
Almost everyone plays with this or a LM or FP Radical mid+

I also assume that the Ncode 90 will be much more damanding than the radicals?

Other racquets I am considering:
POG oversize (possibly a bad choice for my one-hander?)
AeroPro Drive
PS 6.0 original 95

Any comments on these frames?

mos def try the pog OS
as a matter of fact
i think i read that tw will be bringing back the pog LB
id try that out
looks like the frame your looking for

a LB for a one-handed BH and doubles? I think that would be a bad choice.

Anyone have anything against the POG oversize with my style of play and one-hander?

I played the POG OS for a week 2 years ago, and absolutely loved it! I ended up going with the I-prestige instead, because I thought that hitting flat and hard was "cooler." And the prestige allowed me to hit as hard as possible and never miss... So i won with it. But now... never missing is not enough...

Can anyone tell me how the POG oversize is for doubles and serving? I hit a flatter 1st and a big kick on my 2nd serve.

Try the n six one 90, strung with sensation. Request it in your demo. Also pure drive team plus. Vokl 10 93 sq in. No stick is demanding if you're stringing it right.

so would you guys consider the 6.1 90 a manuverable racquet that will suite an all-court singles style of play and agressive doubles net-play?

Also, can anyone comment on the POG os in regards to net play?

I think the n61 95 18x20 would be an easy transition for you, and do everything you want. Even though it's fairly heavy, it will still feel very maneuverable compared to the beast you're using now. The 16x18 is a great racquet as well, but I've found better control and overall playability from the 18x20.
