Need some advice on my M-Fil 300

Hi,
I want you guys' advice on my racket.
I switched from prostaff tour 95 to M-Fil 300 because of the weight (wanted to have a lighter one), and I so so like the M-fil 300 so far. But, I'm more often spraying the ball both groundstroke and volly. I know it's because of the weight, but what could I do to my M-Fil 300 without adding to much weight?

Maybe switch to leather grip + overgrip, gives you more headlight and heavier weight
