Need some help

I usually string a Babalot Aero Pro Drive, but I just changed rackets to the Head Radical MP. Now being pretty new to the world of stringing my own racket i've never had strung a one piece. If someone could give me a brief explanation or give me a link to an article that would, that would me much appreciated.

Also one other question, usually when I string my own racket I have the problem of the strings jumping around on the racket when I hit the ball. Is there anything I can do to prevent that?

Thanks guys.

Well maybe im wrong.
I just thought about how many mains there were, that it was one piece. That would be nice if I was wrong though haha.

The Radical MP should be strung two-piece to ensure that the crosses are strung from the top towards the throat. This is one of the most important things with respect to Head frames. As far as I know, they require every racquet to be strung top down, but I think for some of their other frames where the mains end at the head it is ok to one-piece since the crosses will be installed the correct way either way.

Awesome thanks.
Any tips on how I can prevent the strings from jumping around when I hit the ball? Or does that get better as I get more experienced?

Here is a video on stringing that racket with one piece of string using an ATW pattern. That way you can string the crosses top down.

If you strings are moving around you may want to try using a poly string. Poly string move less because they are much stiffer.

Good video Irvin. If the OP is still pretty new, it may be a bit much to ask trying an ATW for your first ever one-piece job, especially on a denser pattern. Definitely interesting to see some of the different patterns around.

^^Thanks 'Masamusou' I like using the short side to do my ATW patterns. The really nice things about it is you never have a blocked hole or a hard weave. That is the only ATW pattern I know of that does that.
