Need some Pacific racket advice

I recently updated to the latest X Fast Pro and I can’t keep the ball inside the lines. The older model, which I regret selling, seemed to have more control then this new, orange sledgehammer. After changing the string setup twice and upping the tension, I’m wondering if I should go to the X Force or X Force Pro. Can someone recommend which of those two is good balance of control and plow through?

Thanks

Hmm well x fast pro is basically a pure drive. X force pro and x force will give better control and are nice but not outstanding in any way I feel. And they are more old-school in feeling. Pure aero 2019 gives extra spin and still very powerful. And comfortable as well in the newest version.

Between the two, the X Force Pro should be better suited to your requirements; the X Force Pro No 1 (252 series) and the X Tour Pro 97 might be worth looking at as well. The latter two remain my favorite control frames from Pacific's current line up. Add some lead tape to increase swing weight and you should get all the plow through you need.

The X Force is essentially the X Force Pro with weight removed. If 320g unstrung is too heavy for you, snag an X Force, replace the base grip w/ a leather, and maybe add some lead in the throat & at 3 & 9 to get it to where you like it. That's what I used for a long time, although they were Fischer Pro No 1 'Black Granite' frames, but were for all intents and purposes, the same as the X Force.
