Need some tension suggestions for a SynGut/Poly Hybrid

Shaolin

G.O.A.T.
Poly mains at 48
Syngut crosses at 52

Lots of power
Lots of comfort
Spin was average
Control was lousy

I'll be going back to a full bed of poly strung between 46 and 48 depending on temperature conditions.
I'm playing almost the same setup right now and disagree.

Cyclone 17 mains @52
Babolat spiraltek syn gut crosses @50

Power very low
Comfort good
Spin decent
Control very good

Cyclone is one of the lowest powered poly's on the market. Which is why your setup was low powered. And its also a textured string. Which is why you thought the spin was decent. Totally different setup than the one I was using.

I had a similar setup and very similar experience.

I strung another racquet with 51 poly mains, 57 synthetic crosses and found better spin and significantly better control.

I used genesis Trionic 18 and tecnifibre synthetic 17 in a 100 sq inch, 16x19.

You have to string the synthetics much tighter to avoid the loss of control
