Thank you for your reply! What I dislike about the RF01 is somewhat about the feeling of maneuverability and rigidity. I personally feel that it's a bit bulky and too light for my taste. Actually, I've got myself the PS97 Noir for 4-5 months already and I love it! It feels solid and easy to control. Now, I'm looking for another racket to explore, maybe head speed legend pro or MP. But I would say that I'm still the beginner in tennis anyway.
Ok, so there's nothing wrong with persisting with the PS97 but it is aimed at advanced players. What's your weight and height? Are you quite conditioned in terms of gym? Are you hitting flatter or more with spin mechanics? One handed or 2 handed backhand? Do you like to stay at the baseline or are you more of an all-court player? If you love the PS97, stick with it, because you'll be hard pressed to find another racket that you like that is similar, the fact that you've mentioned it's solid, and if you're controlling it, then stick with it. Don't go down the path of endless testing. I went down that path and tried a bunch of racket and came back to the Pro Staff line [PS97, PS X and RF97 for discipline training (for me personally, they work best with how I play and hit.
The only reason you would switch rackets is, if you've gotten to a 4.5 level and you are still getting pushed around with your PS97 by your opponents.
This is why I got my PS X - I use that when i'm defending against heavy pace. It's still VERY Pro Staffy , but it helps me more, but I lose that direct point and shoot ability and I have to impart a LOT more spin using the PS X as it has a slightly higher launch angle.
Use what you enjoy and what feels good, as long as you don't feel like you're constantly fighting your racket.
Focus on mastering technique, study use of kinetic chain, try learning the elastic based swing which uses the stretch/shorten cycle, it's more advanced and sutble, but it works (Federer's technique).
Develop footwork, fitness, reaction time, keep yourself well conditioned as tennis WILL wear your body down if you don't train for it. And last of all, have fun!
