IMO they already have a comparable racket for the whole of the Wilson and Babolat line up. Ultra/Pure drive- Instinct, Blade/Project 17-Radical, prostaff- prestige, Burn/PureAero- Extreme.
I’m sure they had a focus group of Babolat and Wilson players. Asked them what does it take for them to switch to HEAD. That’s why HEAD’s products are what they are and why they have ruined the grip shape. HEAD doesn’t care about their long time customers that actually like their grip shape. I think they are the only big brand to mess around with their grip shape. They are selling their identity to be a Babolat and Wilson wanna be.Exactly. HEAD is doing away with anything and everything that made them them. And by extension they are doing away with all the fans of HEAD
I feel like each and every HEAD racket is them trying to be another brands clone or cater to people that may switch from a brand instead of doing "them".
I am not saying they need to re-release all the classic HEAD rackets... but like stick to your guns and have various spec ranges and string patterns. There are only 2 18x20 HEADS in the entire line up... how bonked is that? And 3 entire lines swirl around the 100' headsize.... also bonked!
where does the Speed fit in? where does the MxG fit in?IMO they already have a comparable racket for the whole of the Wilson and Babolat line up. Ultra/Pure drive- Instinct, Blade/Project 17-Radical, prostaff- prestige, Burn/PureAero- Extreme.

I hate how the Speed MP is open pattern and lighter than the Pro, but the Prestige MP is a tighter pattern and heavier than the Pro. At least be consistent with your naming scheme! Also doesn't help they have so many different models within each line.
Mid, MP, S, Rev Pro, PWR. What?
I agree. Their naming conventions make no sense. I also don't appreciate them getting rid of the Prestige S. It was a great platform frame.I hate how the Speed MP is open pattern and lighter than the Pro, but the Prestige MP is a tighter pattern and heavier than the Pro. Wait, what? I see the Touch Prestige S is still being sold currently.I agree. Their naming conventions make no sense. I also don't appreciate them getting rid of the Prestige S. It was a great platform frame.
Where are you seeing it? I don't see it on TW.Wait, what? I see the Touch Prestige S is still being sold currently.

I haven't seen it for sale any where. Why have it but not make it available at retail? It's also not on the actual Head tennis website. They have MP, Pro, Mid, and Tour but no S.Then it can‘t still be in Head‘s lineup, right? [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

the biggest difference is that the touch weighs 295 g unstrung and the XT weighs 305. SW is lower with the touch too.hi guys!
could anybody describe the difference between the prestige s grapheneXT an the newer prestige s grapheneTouch?
... which one feels softer? or perhaps more spinnier?
greetz, e.s.p.!
That’s looks like the same mold as the Graphene/XT/Touch RadicalsReminds me of the Clash design. Maybe it has similar properties?

But Spider-Man is my favorite superheroYou're lying. It is literally impossible to mean those words
I asked myself several questions:
1 / why for the range "radical" head did not respect the same shema of colorization that the other range "instinct" and "Xtrem" (I mean black in the heart and colored in head) now we will recover with several range of the same color "speed" which is black / "prestige" which is black also / and now "radical" which is black (or dark gray if you prefer)
2 / what will be the color of the prestige touch 360 range that will be released in January 2020 ?? if we follow their current shema we can think (supposition) gray in throat and black in the head
Like I said I have no problem seeing the blue color and it really pops in the glossy paint.hi @vsbabolat
you're quite right for the color "dark metallic navy blue" but I have a hard time seeing it, even on my prostock prestige touch turn glossy paintjob, it seems rather black with this holographic effect, the "navy blue" is really dark to see it over 1 meter, I also agree with you that if we put aside painting, the frames currently sold in stores are far from the best seller of the past
you should try the european version. I have 2, closest thing to a prostock.Love this guy, just a bit sluggish, anyone know how to lessen head weight other than lighter strings. Any modern grommets fit?
I really liked my Radical Touch Pro demo, I was very tempted to buy it, then I realized I'd have to look at it while trying to win a match. I know this reflects on my poor mental focus, but really don't mind an unattractive PJ, I play with the Duel after all, but and the Rad Touch if freakin' so ugly it's off putting.Head has always had the best graphics. Wilson should take notice.
That sounds like what Fed went through with the Tuxedo RF97.I really liked my Radical Touch Pro demo, I was very tempted to buy it, then I realized I'd have to look at it while trying to win a match. I think the tuxedo PJ looks sharp, but I think the white was throwing him off. More than anyone, he keeps his eye on the ball until contact. This was pretty common when I was a junior and we were classically trained to step into the ball, that's how we had to deal with the 13oz sticks. Now all these whippersnappers with their 300g Aero sticks buggywhipping their forearms off don't even really look at the ball in an open stance. I also had to walk ten miles to school, through the snow with a leather satchel. That sounds like what Fed went through with the Tuxedo RF97
Right, there’s nothing wrong with the tuxedo pj, I’m looking at some right now. I actually like the Radical pj too.I think the tuxedo PJ looks sharp, but I think the white was throwing him off. You forgot to mention you were barefoot!! Unfortunately, it would get a "lacks plow" and "lack of power" review and tankdream of a 630 prestige, based on a PT57, less than 310 g stock, and 55RA .. in the lineage of ultra tour wilson and phantom prince
on crimson red
anyway, in my opinion, the best choice for a radical (and maybe a prestige) in 2019 is: radical microgel 98 with 57RA... 11Oz ... just to customize..

Does anyone know who will be the main endorser of the radical since andy murray will most probably retire and khachanov did not go ahead with the switch?
Sloane Stephens or Diego Schwartzman maybe?
I think most of us like the bumblebee, I'm talking about the one looks like someone vomited '90s nickelodeon orange slime onto a tennis racquet.like the Touch Radical Design, just wish the color blocking was better. The execution looks awesome on the limited bumblebee inspired colorway on the MP IMO.
Yah I Know. The spiderman PJ is polarizing. The Radical Touch MP LTD is nice thou. Black and yellow spiderman. Taylor Fritz been using the PJ on his stick since US open.I think most of us like the bumblebee, I'm talking about the one looks like someone vomited '90s nickelodeon orange slime onto a tennis racquet.
