Once the current 18x20 TC95's and TC97's strings go dead, I will string up the 16x19s in both with a thicker gauge string to see how they compare and whether I can play with them as easily. Then decide whether to keep both string patterns or just the 18x20s.

For me, if Paul (@Racketdesign ) would come up with a TC95 that has either a 16x20 or a 16x19 with 8 Mains would be the Goldielocks solution. I don't care whether he calls it the TC98, TC95, or whatever (they all share the same grommets anyway so not a big difference if any), just as long as he does come up with it and makes it 63RA or lower unstrung and D Beam. Preferably, he doesn't increase the Beam thickness as I find the current TC95 and TC97 to be powerful enough with the 20mm Beam.
Wouldn't a change to 8 mains in the throat necessitate a grommet re-design?

There is no silicon in the handle as far as know. I currently have the K7 Red.
As far as I am aware the standard K7 Red does not contain silicone in the handle and weighs 305gm unstrung. The K7 Lime does contain silicone and weighs 315gm.

i have previously owned the standard Red and Lime but some months ago I bought 6 new K7 Red from Paul and I asked him to add 15gm silicone to the handle of each making an unstrung weight of 320gm.

I currently have the blade v7 18 20 but am getting some tennis elbow. Is the K7 Lime more comfortable than this racquet?

Speaking of modifying the K7 Lime, do you know if it is possible to remove the silicone in the handle to get it down to the k7 red spec?
I started trying to do this the other day - it's a slow/frustrating process! I guess technically possible but not easy...

Yes. But I think a bigger contributor may be the Blade's slightly head heavier feel which can contribute to TE, all things being equal. That being said, both are very flexy frames with the K7 Lime being arguably the most plush frame you can buy.
