New Babolat Pure Storm Limited GT coming my way...

Which racquet should I compare the PSLGT to in my review?

I will be getting the new Babolat Pure Storm Limited GT by early next week. Will post review once I string it up and play with it.

I am seriously thinking about buying one of these and the Storm Tour GT sight unseen, Especially the LTD. It has the specs that I tend to gravitate toward.
 
Sweet I jsut put my order in with Babolat for 8 of the ltd gts. thery ship monday and im overnighting them. so tuesday. ha ill post a review.
 
If it's anything like the original LTD, then I might have to pick up a few of these. The LTD was a sick, sick, SICK frame.
 
i heard it felt just like the original, so that's a good thing.... and with a better PJ. cuz the original is kinda ugly with all that gold.

You didn't like the old PJ? I think it looks cleaner and simpler. This new one looks kind of messy. Not that I care, as I don't care about how a frame looks, but just sayin'

Just got my pure storm limited gt along with a new red tour 12 pack bag. Revenge string is apparently not in yet...

And I did regular ground shipping...

No overnight extra charge...

For a the eight sticks a reel of revenge, couple t shirts grips and the new red tem bag with shipping it came to about 820. I bought all of the racquets. I strung around 350 racquets this summer. I strung for a local shop and independtly. I have a lot clients that like me because I'm good, I use a great machine, I'm consistent, quick and pretty cheap. It adds up
 
Or in shorter context. I bust my ass to get the stuff that I get. It's not handed to me by mommy. I bought the stringer too after working at the shop for 2 years.

I'd break it down but i don't have the bill in front of me yet. they average out to about 80 for the first 3 then 100 for the next 5 each though and the reel I got a deal on because I bought a package. I am on there junior competition team thing. They did not come today though. I called and they said they were way backed up and running out of things. Well I mean better late than never I guess.
 
I hit a little with one last night. Actually it is the 27.5 " + model I ordered from TW Euro. I had it strung with 17 ga Blackcode @ 56 lbs.and was rather dissappointed. It seemed quite a bit stiffer than the reg. PSL I have from last year. No nice pocketing feeling as with the older one which is what I liked about it. I am really hoping it 's the strings as I usually use full Lux. flouro. but tried these for a change. A plug for TW Euro.I ordered it on tue. it shipped on wed & I got it on monday !!!
 
tried mine today

Used my GT limited for the first time today (tecnifibre X-1, 17g 60#). I was very impressed. Don't have the serve grooved but the ground strokes and volleys were very nice. I was impressed with the solid feel and nice pop but yet did not feel stiff at all (probably why it rates at 59).

I don't have a good sense for how well it generates spin as my strokes tend to be more flat anyway. The slice backhand was very nice though.
