New Babolats out soon

For those who r wondrin about whether there will b a new pure control, there will b. The Pure control and pure storm are stopping being produced at the end of this month and the new ones will be coming out soon updated with the new cortex system. Not sure about smart grip though and i don't know if there will b any new Aeros.

Ok just confirmed this with a well known tennis supplier in the UK. Should be out within 2 weeks and the only difference is they have the cortex system.

I reckon this will be a good thing. New racquets means Babolat may have adjusted these ones to some better specs . The world is becoming better again!

Gonzo was using the old Pure Storm in the recent AMS series. P W P in UK say thier buyer has seen the rep and they should have them in a couple of weeks.

Another supplier (topspin) said that orders are placed but babolat dont deliver until start of october

Grrr dont know whether to wait or just stick with the 2 Pure storms that were delivered to me today confused . ****

I don't think the price will drop. The Pure Drive Team is still $179.95 even though Babolat came out with the Pure Drive Cortex.

The pure storm is already arm friendly and has decent feel, so basically the cortex will take out the feel and retain its arm friendlyness. So actually I dont care at all. All they will do is add cortex and change the pj. But wait the pure storm already has a sick pj.

The pure storm really doesnt need cortex.

Babolat is stupid.

i agree i don't like the cortex system. just like how i think the idea of flexpoint is innovative, but i hate playing with it.
