So, I own a pair of MC696 (version 1) in size 13, width D.
They are perfect length but narrow, so I ordered 1006 in 13 4E because they are said to run narrow.
I get the shoes, they look TINY, put them on, my toes are hitting the end. Held up to my 696's they are a full inch shorter in length.
I took out the insole, the bottom of the insoles of the mens size 13 4E 1006's say they are for sizes 9.5-10.5!!!!
Obviously I am sending them back to TW, but how is this possible? did I get a miss-marked pair of 13's? the tag in the shoe does say 13. I was going to snap some photos but I am at work and really wanted to get some input on this.
