Lol! Nah, I just wore through em with how much I’ve been playing. Went through my Raptors about a month ago and couldn’t find them in my size . also ripped the upper in the B.Icons like everyone else did.The the Torneo’s… they’re just not the BS5’s man.
Jeez, the savagery

CG1's came in today. Will get them on court this afternoon for more first impressions. I'm between an 11.5 and 12 depending on the shoe, more often 11.5 than 12, and my 11.5 unisex size in these feel like they might be running just a tad long. Not much, you can probably still go with your normal size, but a half size down might not hurt some people if you're between sizes.

Did you have the option of changing the widths or no?

I picked up a pair of these in the red US Open colorway. I haven't gotten them yet, but this is by far the most I have spent on a pair of tennis shoes in my life. I can still remember the look on my dad's face when he bought my first pair of Agassi challenge court shoes. Those were my first three-figure shoes. :)

So thinking about trying these because of an ankle issue. What is the consensus on sizing in these? Foot doctor Zach said they run long for normal/narrow feet but tts for wider feet. Other places say tts regardless.

Can't help but think this is NB's shot at trying to catch Agassi Air Tech Challenge 2 lightning in a bottle.

Every brand out there, including nike, wants to catch Agassi's ATC 2 lightning in a bottle. It's been like that since... well, since Agassi showed up wearing those, haha

B.Icon is a great shoe, but have to agree with you on the durability. Hopefully the B.Icon 2 coming out addresses that issue. You might want to look at the BABOLAT PROPULSE FURY 3. I have tried all the shoes mentioned, and I have to say, these are pretty sweet! Definitely a shoe to try out. Could be the best shoe of 2023 IMO!

Who cleaned out the stock of Coco's? There was a full size run of the sea salts just a couple of days ago and now its almost all gone. I was deciding between these and the Raptors

I've been wearing the CG1s for about 4 months (tennis 3 days a week) and there's surprisingly little wear and tear. Super comfortable and great for speed. I bought a second colourway a couple months back expecting my current to have worn out now - but they are still very much intact.

Now that I see the Eclipse colorway I think I'm going to buy it as well: https://www.newbalance.com/pd/coco-cg1/UCHCOCO1-43367.html

I grew up wearing basketball sneakers and always felt tennis shoes looked bad in comparison - so these are the best choice IMO

Any sizing recommendations? Is everyone ordering true to size? Love the Lav V2s but curious to try something speedier. Anyone try both and care to comment on the sizing they ordered?
