Cuing the Intelligence series much?
wow pics deleted without a trace...how despotic
What is going to take place with the Prestige Mid for 2014? I did not see it on the chart!
Got the pictures a few days ago and I thought the frames didn't look that great. Was at my local tennis shop earlier today talking about it.
The owner said he had the graphene radical and brought it out to show me and his head rep happened to be at the store at the time (not sure if he dropped off the frame today, if so lucky timing)
It looks a lot better in person than in the pictures. Definitely reminds me of the i.Radical. The paintjob might grow on me as time goes on more since I still like the IG paintjob more at the moment, but yeah, it changed my mind from "ugly" to "not bad/ okay"
Could you tell if the grip shape changed, or is it still the rectangular shape?
I think they're still using the new TK82S (resembles Wilson). Head dropped the rectangular since the Youtek generation.
Are you sure about this? The IG Prestige and Radicals I had, used the TK82 (rectangular) pallet . I am pretty sure the TK82S was designed for the Speed line.
These racquets will be must-haves! Head is not stupid,
...if they made the racquet that ugly they must be confident that it will be the best feeling and performing racquet ever. That thing must play by itself!

For those who want a clearer picture, search "Tennis Pro Express" on Facebook. They have pictures of the new prestige and radicals. The new prestige has a red cap grommet and is predominately red/black. It looks REALLY NICE
First the end of the PC600 mold on the mid, then this horrendous paintjob.
They murderer the prestige line. RIP prestige!
Wonder how the sales went / are going for the Prestige Mid. Apparently not well enough to keep it in the line-up.
So, Gilles Simon is the new face of the Prestige lineup, eh? I'd have preferred Tommy Haas, even if he is long in the tooth.
I guess they're just rolling with the business. Wonder how the sales went / are going for the Prestige Mid. Apparently not well enough to keep it in the line-up.
Why is that the case? - A 18x20 pattern in a 580 squin racket is probably too hard to play with for too many potential customers. Not that there are still some enthusiasts, but they're just too few.
They now have the MP as the "true" Prestige. Which also kind of explains why they made it the 25th anniversary edition. After all, if the anniversary ed. should have been the original, there wouldn't have been any way around the Mid.
So the YTIG Mid will be the last Prestige to represent the original mold.
