i think graphite combined with the speedholes will screw up the feel a LOT.
Ok, I have hit with the New Graphite 100, Prince sent one to my coach. I normally use the Graphite Oversize. I only got to hit with it for a few minutes, but I really was not impressed. It had a lot more power than any of the old Graphites, and it still had that muted feel of the O3's of old.
I love the muted feel and the O ports.
Is this your opinion based on how you don't like the feel?
What would you think if you liked to O ports?
seen this thread? http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showthread.php?t=231467&highlight=malisse
just want some close up shots of either racket! anyone?
i know its proberly been said somewhere but theres 16 pages! when is this coming out and has any one tried it? thanks
my coach/boss said hands on next week, so the wait is nearing an end in terms of someone having them hands on
Just a lil teaser from Prince.
Coming January 2009 - Prince Has http://www.princetennis.com/videos/coming2009/canyoufeelit.html
Is there ever a racquet introduced between 11 and 11.5 ounces that isn't seen as an "attack on Babolat"? People said this when the "carnival paint" Surge was released years ago, and many times since. Suffice it to say that 100 sq.in. racquets in that weight class are now commonplace and popular, and the province of no particular manufacturer.
Am I the only one who actually likes the paint jobs?

Nope. I'm diggin' em too.
Good. I really like the look of racquets where they look almost like a solid color from a far but the closer one gets the more detail there is.
Yeah, they're starting to grow on me too.
Bah video has been removed... I didn't get a chance to see it!
These things are going to be a stringers worst nightmare
How would these be any more difficult to string than the current O3's? Also, I think a lot of players will use the string hole set up, which makes them like stringing a normal stick.
They are not hard at all.. I just strung up a Rebel and Rebel Team for the prince rep and using the string holes they are just like any other racquet.

did you get a chance to see if the Rebel's head shape is more oblong like Head and Dunlop rackets, or is it circular like Prince rackets of old?
The Rebels are more oblong for sure. The Graphite are pretty much identical to their predecessors in terms of head shape. And I agree the Rebel's balance is a little odd. I think they wanted to allow some room for customization.
Today, I saw all the Prince racquets at a shop and wrote down the specs. All specs were taken with a Babolat RDC except for the static weights. A digital scale was used for that.
My additions are for STRUNG racquets and are in "BOLD".

I got to hit with three of the racquets today (Graphite 100, and both rebels, my my co-worker wanted to try out the mid :???. Anyways I ended up really liking the rebel TEAM 95. It felt incredibly solid for such a light racquet, and I was generating crazy racquet head speed. Did anyone else feel this way?
Thanks for the quick review kaiba.
Does the rebel team also have an 18x20 string pattern?
the weights listed for the rebels and the graphites are wrong. for instance the rebel 95 unstrung weight is 330G not 310 and the graphite 100 is 315G not 310.
