Should go in the rackets section. And no, it feels much more manageable (only tried one of each, both retail). Wilson quality control will give you random results.
The specs should be the same, but TW measured the twistweight of the newer version to be lower (though apparently they only measure 1 racket as opposed to several like they do with other specs).
