New Racket Ideas

I currently play with the Wilson clash 100 tour and love this racket. I am a 5.0 player that loves to play aggressive and move the ball around. I am thinking of purchasing a few more of the same rackets. Before purchasing I wanted to hear anyone’s recommendation on a different racket that plays very similarly to the clash 100 tour?

Prince Textreme Tour 100 310...it won't have the same feel as the CT..but will provide you a significant cost savings/avoidance initially as well as in string consumption..
You will also gain more control..feel and imo..more victories both on the court and in the wallet..

I tried that racket and it played great but the only thing I didn’t like was the stability from the baseline. Cost is not too big of a deal for me if I can get a really good racket.

I don't think the Clash Tour and v7 Blade 98 are that different in weight and swingweight, and a couple of the guys I hit with have switched back and forth between these two a couple of times without almost any adjustment time. I think you'd almost have to give the v7 Blade a try.

93p just better Well at least for me it is

Admittedly the Clash was strung in Lux smart so I had no idea what the frame was doing

Blade needs a little time to get used to the SW balance. Sure I could but the 93p is just so nice that I never give the Blade more than 20 mins

I think the latest version of Head Extreme Pro could be worth trying. I find it somewhat similar in the power/control department.

I used to play with the Wilson Clash Tour as well. I just made the switch to Yonex. I now have the 2020 Ezone 100. I’m EXTREMELY happy I made the switch. I highly recommend demoing Yonex racquets if you have the chance.
