New Racquet!

I'm looking for a new racquet.
I have a ntour 95.
I have a baseline game.
I'm looking for a racquet for more control.
Wilson would be perferable
Head or Babolat would okay.
What would you guys suggest?

k/n 6.1 95 with 18x20 stringpattern or nblade 98. both would give you slightly less power and quite a fair amount of additional control. the nblade having a lower flex is also coming with a little bit more touch you'd appreciate on slices and dropshots.

I'm looking for a racquet with the headsize of 95.
Weight...something slightly heavier than the ntour.
Not quite sure about the string pattern as i've only used 16x20.

You might want to look at the k six-one 95..............

I demoed it and I got excessive control, but you really have to produce your own power.

It's a great racquet tho.

I'd suggest that you not rule out frames in the 93-98 sq in sizes since they're pretty similar to a 95 and you might find something good that would have flown under your radar. For Wilson, you ought to look at the nBlade and maybe the Prostaff 6.0 95 if you can grab a demo.

Outside of your brand, if you can look a something like a TFight 320 or the Dunlop M-Fils (nice pricetags), you may hit paydirt. The string patterns with 16 mains will probably have a little more familiarity for you, but any racquet that you really consider needs an honest testdrive. Don't be afraid to try heavier frames around 12 oz. - you may hate them, but you may love them.
