New Shoes!

Basically I tore up my Adidas Tirands, but like it matters as they only cost $50.....

I'm looking for new shoes that grab onto the court[good traction], fits nice and tight but still gives my feet air, something not too heavy preferably light, durable, and is good overall.

I've been looking at the Vapors and some of the older models from Nike, and I like the look of the "older" Vapor V, anyone use it have any feedback or comments?

Heres what I'm looking for: Toe durability, good traction and ventilation[I play a very physical game so i need shoes that can stop at will and can stay cool during a match], lightness so I can move around faster[quickness is one of my key elements during a match] but lightness isn't too huge an issue as my legs and feet are pretty strong, preferably tight on my feet. anything else you need my to tell yall can be answered, just ask.

The Vapors aren't the best for durability from what I hear. I would recommend you give the Wilson Trances a go. They have good traction, good durability, are pretty lightweight, and have lots of stability. I'm not very sensitive to breathability, so I'm not a good judge of that but I've heard that the Trances have somewhat lesser breathability than other shoes of comparable weight and such.

I'm pretty happy with mine as is Drakulie. We both highly recommend them :D

This may sound stupid[it even sounds a lil stupid to me], but I'm preferably looking for something from Nike so I can match clothing as I wear Nike, and if I do buy Wilson, I wouldn't match with Dunlop racquets and such with Nike Clothing and Wilson shoes.

Thx though!

Yeah, I know what you mean. I think the Cages would be better if durability is a factor. Cage I or II, I do not know, because I've never owned either :D

I meant if durability is a factor in your decisions. The Cages have better durability than the Vapors and have that 6-month guarantee.
