New Stiga Racquet

Got it yesterday, a good deal in China, 499 CNY, 69 USD.

Couldn't wait to string them(I bought two directly) full bed in six edges control / spin string and round string, 50 lbs.

My racket experience is over 20+ racket till now. A 3.5+ baseliner. Try to hit bigger serve and heavy forehand, kind of hard hitter. Have tried some of the tweener racket before, say PD tour, clash(v1, v2), prince beast. But most of the rackets are thin beam, control oriented, right now my main racket is 2023 Head prestige MP, that 18x19 version, but I found it too heavy to play with after two hours of single matches.

First impression was amazing last night, I rallied with my coach last night for 1 hour, I found this racket is not really that "powerful", but still has really good pace, the ball has penetration and easy to fly to the opposite court, and easy to change the direction. Very solid feel, this is very surprising because the spacing between strings is big even compare to clash v1.

One thing I have to point out is the grommet, it's very hard to string at the first time, you can feel that the grommet is not made very well compare to main brands, kind of cheap feeling if you touch them. I have put lots of strength try to expand the hold, also each "hole"(don't know how to say the term) is very narrow, so I think that's why the string doesn't move that much.

I found that Simon the ambassador of this brand doesn't play with this supreme model any more? By watching his ins video.
