New stretch for Plantar Fasciitis that cures for many

Here are links for a new stretch that supposedly cures Plantar Fasciitis in many cases. It has has been working very well for me. Pull back on your toes toward your shin, stretching the tendon. Study says ten reps for ten seconds each--before first steps in morning, after sitting for long periods, and at least three times per day. I have been doing just a few reps but at least three to five times per day. My case is probably mild compared to others but was rapidly getting worse (painful to walk getting out of bed). Also I am no longer walking around the house barefoot and am lacing up my shoes tighter for more support. The study appears scientific.
