Not USTA, Not ALTA, just well run a well run ladder by a company who loves tennis.

They have Single, Doubles and Mixed Doubles at six different levels:
Singles 2.5 through 5.0
Combo Doubles 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0 (Combined Rating)
Mixed Doubles 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0 (Combined Rating)

I've played in the 4.0 singles ladder for two years.

They've been running these ladders in Charleston for three years now, giving you a set opponent for 8 to 10 weeks. The top 8 players in each division advancing to a one day Tournament using 8 Game Pro Set format. TT is expanding their ladder to Atlanta and Charlotte, in case you are interested.

WHAT ARE THE RULES?

Format:
The Ladder by Tour Tennis is the most fun, flexible, and competitive league for players of all ages and skill levels. The Ladder offers year round options for players wanting a competitive league that fits around their schedule. The Ladder offers four seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter), 8 scheduled matches per season, and is a great way to meet and play against players of similar skill level. Without needing to join a team or make a major commitment, the Ladder is a great option for people with busy schedules or new to the area or tennis. Each season has a free playoff tournament and player party with awesome prizes for each divisional Champion. Local semifinalist will also qualify for the regional tournament TBA.

How it Works:
At the start of each season, divisional match schedules will be released. Each player will have a new opponent of similar skill that they will be scheduled to play each week. Players will be scheduled for 8 matches with a bye week in the middle after the 4th week. The Ladder will provide the profile and contact information, then players are responsible for coordinating a convenient time and place to play each scheduled opponent. Matches can be played early or as late as the end of the following week (Sunday at midnight) to allow for scheduling problems. Example: For your week 1 match, you can play and submit the score by the Sunday of week 2 before midnight. Each season lasts 10 weeks, leaving 1 week in the middle of the season and until Wednesday after the final week for make ups, just before the Playoff Tournament. Once again, players will be responsible for contacting their opponent and scheduling matches. Standings are based on total sets won and then sets lost to break a tie. This makes every match important towards players’ final standing in the Ladder. Registration, standings, contact list, and score reporting are managed online at ladder.tourtennis.com. Standings and scores will be updated automatically online after a score is reported. If a player cancels without proper notice or does not make themselves available in the 2 weeks allowed, players can post a default win which credits as a 6-0, 6-0 match win. Matches that are not played or given a default will not count for or against either player. Players that have 2 defaults posted against them will be defaulted for the entire season. At the end of the regular season, the top 8 players make it into the 1-day Playoff Tournament to battle in a single elimination format for the Championship. All players are invited to come enjoy player party during the tournament.
