Backspin to the Future
Rookie
Recently arrived and yet to be cleaned up trio of rackets.
My first Yamaha which came paired with an unwanted gaudy paint job Slazenger - plus a Ceramic Slazenger previously unknown to me.
The Yamaha XAM4 looks classy with its metallic light purple and salmon & white paint job.
Has original cover and leather grip.

The racket feels well made and reminds me of my Head "Edge Series" graphite rackets.
Any idea of production dates ?
The paired Slazenger has snappy title of challenge Comp 90 Wide Body.

Paint job on this reminds me of a kids racket but this is definitely a men`s racket due to grip size.
Crazy wide beam .
Late 1980`s /early 90`s ??
KFA stamped on butt but no country of manufacture visible.
Last one is a Slazenger Panther Pro Ceramic with the Jimbo signature.
I only bought it out of curiosity really as I knew little about Connor`s rackets other than his famed T2000 and I liked his tenacious spirit if not his style of play so much.

This racket made in England-date unknown.
Named Pro Ceramic but Graphite in higher percentage than ceramic construction ?
The rackets will all get a new overgrip but the only likely contender for a re-string if necessary would be the Yamaha I think if Ilike the feel of it after a hit or two.
Looks very classy.
Thanks in advance for any info/comments.
