Are the specs out?Whatever, as long as the 95 is a clone of the 95D with slightly more comfort (lower RA, higher TW) i’m more than happy
6 months at least.oof... Idk if this can grow on me... How much time before the galaxy version? A year?
-in the picture i have, the candy red and the blue really popThat is a strange paint scheme, I’ll still buy the 95 though! Looks like matt finish in the video, might have had more pop if was gloss and hoping I’m wrong on this Matt finish observation
I wonder why it always seems like matte finish frames have less pop than gloss finish frames? And it really is always the case. That is a strange paint scheme, I’ll still buy the 95 though! Looks like matt finish in the video, might have had more pop if was gloss and hoping I’m wrong on this Matt finish observation
Do you know whether it has liner tech? And how about VDM?Head shape seems more rounded at the top of the hoop which they said is a change in the video.
Other changes they mentioned is (rough summary):
-the use of more namd in additional parts of the frame/layout.
-Bites the ball better better in this version. Think this is related to more spin than ball pocketing as reviewer mentions that feels like more spin than the previous version.
-Grommet holes in the Head and throat are thinner/tighter but instead there's a bit more room in the drilling so theres a bit of a gap between the grommets and frame to still allow for ample string movement...
Paint job color is called Tango Red.
Fukky/Lafino released their impression video. I'm surprisinlgy okay with the blue accents.
Says in the release it’s designed that way towards the top of the hoop.

It is more rounded at the 3/9.Is it just me or does this Vcore look more rounded than "Isometric" head shaped?
Where do you recommend lead to be added? Just got one on the way in the mail.I play with it. Very nice and underrated stick. It does need some lead though.
I did:Thank you for the reply! I suppose on the head?
This could make it work! If I get it im putting on a tourna overgrip It does need some external touch of blue.... by the way I use blue strings (topspin cyberblue) so I'm particularly happy with this design
I always wonder why brands think they should go with crazy color combinations and weird details. Like as if a racket is not interesting and as if it's not going to sell if doesn't look like a crazy candy cane.
Because if it does not stand out in the store, people tend not to go for it.
You have to realize that most people don't care about string patterns, 300g or 305 g, 98 or 100, 31 or 32 balance...they play with what looks good to them because most are not into it to be good but to just have fun.
New Vcore 95 beam width 21,5-22-21 compared to previous model 21-21-20 and if the upper hoop is wider. New Vcore 95 twistweight and stability is most likely better compared to previous version.
I’m glad I’m still using the Yonex VC SV98. That glossy paint job!
This with blue Poly Tour Pro would be nice. It makes the blue more natural.Looks good in tourna
Because it's black underneath which makes it more stylishI just got the new Vcore 98 and 100 and the design is.... different! The blue really makes them look like a christmas ornament, as a good friend to me so nicely put it. Very very very strange choice and i dont really understand the idea behind that blueish part of the frame. It´s a very bold move by yonex to make it like this on the Vcore, but they actually had a similar designelement already on their Ezone Ai frames:
Ugh! They changed the mold on the 98...AGAIN! Why!?!?!? Beam width used to be 22-22-21, now its 22.5-23-21.
As the Sharks say...and because of that, I'm out.
