I would have like to have seen them in blue also. I have a feeling Nike isn’t done with the Zoom Zeroes. There will be more color schemes in the future. They’ve already released 5 different versions in the men’s alone.
Wearing them really makes me feel like a professional tennis player.
Wow, I want the blue pair.
Womens' colorways for Nike have been solid and much better than the Men's in my opinion.
I might try to size up 1.5 and see if I can make it work.
GREAT cushioning but seriously hard to get into. can they make this little bit easier to get intoI know there's and existing thread, but it doesn't reflect the new Zoom Zeroes. I wanted to create a new thread to discuss the new color schemes and peoples experiences, thoughts and comments with this shoe.
They run a bit longer. You might want to go half a size down. How is the sizing on these? Compared to for example Vapor X
Like everyone else's complaints, The forefoot area is super tight and does hurt your feet. What I ended up doing is cutting a small slit in the middle of the forefoot wrap-around area to relieve the tightness and it works like a charm. The shoes are now super comfortable from all areas.Yes I am almost a Zero convert now. I broke down and bought a pair with my daughter. I initially hated the fit and thought I wasted my money. It was uncomfortably tight in the upper of forefoot area, the shoe pronated too much for me and the curvature of the front foot was hurting my big toe. I switched to my old used aftermarket insole and just broke it in a bit. Then it was comfortable! I wish they didn't have that HUGE "NIKE COURT" on the side as a design. It does sit higher than a Vapor X and even the Cage 3 hunkers down more. The cushioning is excellent, the best I've had from Nike.
Front toe area is tough enough for a light weight shoe. Traction is very good. Support and stability is also very good.
My criticisms are:
1. the shoe doesn't bend at my toes uniformly like a shoe with foam mids do. The Air Zoom cushioning prevents it from naturally following my toes bending.
2. It's heavier than the Air Cage 3, so it's not a lightweight "game day" shoe.
3. yet looking at the wear I put in with 3 semi-rigorous sets of doubles with D1 players, I don't think it'll last as long as the Cage 3, so neither is it a "every court session" shoe.
I think I'll relegate the Zeros for non-PlexiCushion/Pave hard courts, when cushioning is most important. Give me the cushioning, with the durability and lightweight of the Cage 3, and it will be an unbeatable shoe.
that yellow shoelace is insane hot lookingI am really digging this as a way to spice up the black pair. It looks so good.
They’re probably great feeling man those things are ffuuuugggllly.
That's cool, not everyone will agree, everyone certainly entitled to their opinion. For me these were my first pair of actual "Tennis" shoes, the comfort and mobility I have wearing them, I couldn't be happier.

I don’t know that you need to alter these shoes at all. Give them some time to form to your foot and don’t overtighten the laces. They also get easier to get into over time. Love these shoes.

where do I buy this colorway ?I am really digging this as a way to spice up the black pair. It looks so good.
where do I buy this colorway ?
what does that mean ? you normally wear 13 in nike but choose to go with 14 ???????? does that mean you have to buy 2 sizes bigger if buying Air Zoom zeros ?It’s not a new colorway, they just changed the laces from black to yellow. They’re constantly coming out with new colors though.
Also someone asked earlier about break in. This shoe doesn’t need any break in. I normally wear a 13 in Nike and choose to go with a 14. I had no problems getting into the shoe. For some reason for me, Nike tennis shoes run smaller.

what shoe do you normally wear ?? would you go up 1/2 size even if you worn nike before ? does this particular model air zoom zero need to go up 1/2 size ?No, not at all. I would go up a half size if you can. I went one full size because there isn’t a 13.5. I’m glad I did though, the size 14 fits well.

so if you wear size 9 normally even in Nike, I should buy 9 and 1/2, right ? that makes sense since this shoe does look bit narrow. and I was worried because this shoe is so hard to get into... Does it get easier to get into them as you wear them more and they break in ?I wear a size 13 in almost all my Nike shoes. I would recommend going up a half size with the Zoom Zeroes. Shoes are always difficult to size, because everyone is so different. I needed a full size to be comfortable, you may only need a half size.

what is your usual shoe size for nike shoes ?For me the 13 was too small and the 14 too big. Bummer!
