NFL 2021-2022

Good overrule after Pittman took 3 steps with the ball in the EZ.

LOL at HC Saleh, hired on a resume of developing good defenses, is now on a horrible skid defensively in the three games since their bye. He got bailed out by offensive heroics last week but NYJ have now given up 113 points in the last 10 quarters.

Maybe it’s the Colt defense relaxing a bit with the big lead but getting two TDs in the second half with a 3rd string QB is encouraging. OC LaFleur is seeing better from the press box, no?

^^^Update: Make that 3 TDs and driving to 1st and goal for a fourth before a tipped pass INT ended things. Maybe Zach Wilson will learn from the White/Johnson success formula and with LaFleur upstairs for better play calling. They did this all tonight without Corey Davis at WR so there are weapons in the passing game.

Love is looking as bad as i feared. What a waste of two draft picks. Could’ve stayed out and had Higgens but noooo let’s trade up to draft a QB that threw 20 interceptions in his most recent college season.

Honestly can't believe how bad the Chiefs have looked today. Thought this would be their big game to get back on track but they've looked almost just as bad.

Hope Rodgers is back for Seattle...

Rodgers led offense would’ve put up 40+ today. Feel bad for the defense. They played a hell of a game but Love and special teams dropped the ball badly.

Hope he's back next week or it's another L. Wilson and Carson probably coming back for that one. Not even sure Love beats Geno if I'm honest.

^^^smh, judging the Love potential off his very first start as though he can’t get past Hundley level. The guy had thrown 7 passes in Week 1 mop up for the mess AR12 left and completed 5 of them. Then tonight he soldiered through a bad first half to look pretty solid by the fourth quarter. The pick was forced by the situation, being down by 13 mostly due to special teams (muff and Crosby’s miss and block). Adams actually made first contact with the pass so it was a decent jump ball risk with a decent chance for reward.

Being a NFL QB ain’t exactly easy; doing it when you’re stepping in for a legend on 5-days notice is pretty damn impossible, especially when the fan base is so spoiled by 3 decades of Favre/Rodgers accomplishments.

6 games on an awful Jets squad as a rookie doesn't tell you much more than 1 game with the Packers does.
Yeah, it does because the rest of the Jets offense is not awful. White subbed in and got them 405 yards and 34 points with the same personnel that Wilson had. Johnson relieved White Thursday night and had better numbers than any but one game Wilson started. Again, with the same or less personnel available (Davis was out at WR). Sorry if you missed those efforts. Good signs for the future if defensive minded Saleh can get his side of the ball fixed (130 points yielded in 3 games; might be a record).

You'd make a great sports talk radio caller.

Have fun turning on White the next time he steps on the field and the defense doesn't let him run check downs all the way down the field again. And let's not pretend like Josh's offense wasn't all in garbage time after the game was already out of hand. They put their points up once it was like 40 to 10 and Indy stopped trying.

What's the agenda here, exactly? Taking QBs down a peg?
I’m not following your logic. Are you saying it’s not OK to state the fact that Zach Wilson is off to a horrible start in his rookie season? I didn’t bring Wilson up. F&DP did it as a red herring tactic when I was the one saying Love wasn’t as bad as he was being made to seem.

Well, after what I saw from Dak today, love deserves a 40 million plus contract.

You call it a red herring, I'd call it a legitimate discussion.

@Federer and Del Potro and everyone else when they have the slightest disagreement or simply a different opinion with....

Darnold is absolutely the worst QB (given the circumstances) in Carolina Panthers history and I've seen Jimmy Clausen, Brian St. Pierre, David Carr, and even the 44 year old Vinny Testaverde.

Come to think of it Testaverde was probably better than Darnold lol

One thing is for sure…this was more interesting than Matt Stafford imitating his water bucket boy Dan Orlovsky. He should have tried to step out of the back of the end zone to confirm it was really DO playing tonight.

I am on ignore because of Winston. Then got off and back on because I called sinner propaganda... Which he is.

Can you imagine what would happen if someone cut him off on the road?
I’m on ignore for questioning how Derek Carr is underrated. I don’t hold it against him though.

Love couldn’t move the ball against a historically bad defense. The chiefs are like 3rd worst ever in points per play this year. There was nothing on the film yesterday to suggest that Love can be a starting caliber nfl qb. He looked like the second coming of Hackenberg
