NFL'18 Sudden Death League

I should have more faith in the offensive juggernaut that was the 1-5 Colts. 25 point deviation means I'll have to win outright.

Can only pick against the counterfeit Bills twice more.

I guess that's gives me a 3rd Ny team to pick against. But the Jets somehow look competent from time to time

My NYJs run hot and cold, making them a risky victor/victim choice. They have a backloaded divisional schedule so if you get far enough the 2x tilts with The Hoodies and The Counterfeit Bills should be saved. They go to Chicago this week. I’m not touching that.

Week 8 Schedule:

Miami at Houston (TNF)

Philadelphia vs Jacksonville (London game)

Baltimore at Carolina

Denver at Kansas City

Cleveland at Pittsburgh

Seattle at Detroit

Tampa Bay at Cincinnati

NY Jets at Chicago

Washington at NY Giants

Indianapolis at Oakland

San Francisco at Arizona

Green Bay at LA Rams

New Orleans at Minnesota (SNF)

New England at Buffalo (MNF)

Fitzmagic almost made an appearance. Will this be how TB plays it? Just bring in Fitz when Jameis starts throwing picks? I think Jameis is a disgrace of a human being, but its gotta be hard to do a job when even the tiniest thought pops up in your head that if I fail this time I'm done.

BMore drafted Jackson to kinda give Flacco a jolt and it worked as in he showed up in shape and actually took part in some voluntary things. Having a guy like Fitz as a backup is a little different.

Winston turnovers are the second most popular turnovers after only Bortles turnovers. If the Bucs intend to go on a turnover-free diet in 2019 and beyond, they need to sit Chef Jameis now and get off the hook on his salary ASAP. Fitzmagic lifts the team up and gives them a better chance to win now and a better chance to move along for the future.

Headline of an article on the ringer.

Jameis Winston Shouldn’t Be an NFL Starting Quarterback. So What Should the Bucs Do?

Ive been way off on the point spreads, but still battling.

This weeks got a couple games to stay away from. A couple pretty obvious ones that when you look at further you start to feel like

Did they sign him to play QB? I thought he was playing receiver for the Washington Potomac Basin Indigenous Persons (thank Easterbrook for that glorious nickname)
No lol. Pryor was actually a Jet earlier this season but the Jets cut him (which IMO was a mistake, the Jets need all the WR help they can get).

They also added Matt Barkley but neither he or Pryor will have the offense (I know, Buffalo offense is an oxymoron) down this quickly so it’s time for The Peterman again.

In one of my fantasy leagues, I picked up Derek Carr for a spot start tonight against the San Fran defense that has been pretty kind to opposing Quarterbacks' ratings. I have Big Ben, but historically in his career, he has struggled mightily in Baltimore and then Carson Wentz is my backup, but the Eagles are on a bye. Hoping for a good night from Carr. I play a fairly weak team in my league, so he doesn't need to dazzle, but a solid performance from him–like last week–would be much appreciated. :)
