I think I got one more pick against the bills left so might as well take it. Although they kept getting blown out so my point differential is screwed so I'm going for distance And when else will I get to pick the jets to win.

McCown gets his first start for an injured Darnold. Are you sure it’s just by 12???

I Have faith in Peterman not being the single worst QB of all time every single game he plays. Maybe.
You are probably right through, it should be like 24 points. but Ill stick to 12. I think I'm so far back it really don't matter, I ain't winning no tie breaker.
With my luck it would come down to tie breaker and Eli will throw a TAINT and cost me

The Peterman is only McDumbott’s 3rd option...he starts only if Allen’s improving elbow is given a rest Sunday before their bye week; second up will be Derek Anderson if he finally clears concussion protocol from his head whack a week ago Monday night. If both of those options are not available, then and only then will the future recipient of a retirement fund being collected by Bills fans on a GoFundMe page be seeing the field as the starter.

Matt Barkley is getting the nod for tomorrow's game over Peterman and Anderson.

Chiefs by 10.

If i cant pick them again (i picked them on 9/28) then ill take Cleveland by 3.

You picked them the first week (week 4) that we did this second chance portion, so Cleveland will be your pick for this week unless you change to someone else, but the game starts in ~3 minutes. So once it starts, you are locked in to Cleveland.

As soon as it was announced a USC QB was playing vs NYJ it should have been switcheroo time...we play their QBs and lose; teams start them vs us and we lose. Even Matt Cassel beat Favre once in 2008.

Chargers came thru for me. Dont see what people see in them though as a Superbowl pick...

They have only lost to the rams and the chiefs and they have a pretty high point differential while being pretty consistent. KC defense has been looking better, so I think they are probably tops (but Andy Reid in the playoffs). Patritos seem to be missing something. Pitt did tie the browns and that Ravens loss looks worse every week. I think SD deserves being talke3d about as being good enough to make the bowl. Dec 2 Pitt goes to SD so that will let us know how serious the Chargers are though.

And they’re doing this without Bosa on defense and Hunter Henry on offense. If either or both return down the stretch they will be an even tougher out in the playoffs.

Forgot about that. And Philip Rivers is a gamer, that dude battles. Underappreciated in the grand scheme of things. Shows how correct Archie was in advising Eli not to got he the chargers.

GOAT QB draft class...Eli at #1, Rivers at #4 and Big Ben at #11.

I guess it depend on how you judge it. I thinks its number 2 all time from a pure talent standpoint with 83 easily being better IMO. But from the standpoint of the actual picks they probably went in the right order and nobody dropped and got picked later than maybe they should have or had other guys drafted ahead of them.

83 Elway went number one (no surpise) then blackledge at 7, Kelly at 14, Eason at 15, Obrein at 24 then finally Marino at 27. So they got those wrong just a bit. Just Elway and Marino are probably enough in my books but Kelly was really good and Eason and Obrein were pretty decent.

Yeah, a larger class with the same amount of HOFers (to be) but ‘03 rules in SB rings 4 to 2 so they’re 1A and 1B.

Who's the best QB ever. Montana or Brady?
Brady has moved ahead during his last decade of durability, winning 2 SBs at an age when Joe was exiting gallantry but not victoriously as a Chief.

It’s a team game and, when not surrounded by talent on both sides of the ball, QBs without multiple rings don’t get discussed. Pure QB GOAT talk should include Marino, even without a ring. Same for Jim Kelly. Rivers now suffers that lack of respect. Thank God Brees got that one ring and has a good shot this year at a second one. He may not have the one without the daring onside kickoff in the SB. He may have gotten a shot at another one last year if Marcus Williams had just wrapped up in Minnesota.

The good ole talent vs results argument.

It might be 4 vs 2 in SB rings but 83 has them trumped in SB appearances. The interesting thing with those guys (Elway, Kelley, Marino, Eason) is that they were all AFC and lost early to historic teams or record performances. 85 bears, 86 LT giants. Montana's Niners, Doug Williams, Cowboys Jimmie Johnson teams. The first two Bills SB loses were probably the only games that you look back and don't instantly remember anything special about those teams or games (besides Norwood). And Gary Kubiak had him 2 or 3 SB appearances as a player also :)

And that is just SB guys. People forget Ken O'Brein was actually pretty good and lead the league in passer rating and lowest INT percentage for a few years. Blackledge was really the only guy I would call a bust, but he was better than J.P Losman (22d pick)

As a NYJ fan, I am very familiar with O’Brien and often have questioned the decision by GM Jim Kensil and HC Joe Walton to skip on #13 to replace #14 Richard Todd and revive stellar NYJ QB play by #12 Joe Namath. O’Brien was an accurate passer and actually led the h2h 8-7 vs Marino. His weakness, probably magnified by poor OL play, was a tendency to take a sack (62 in his career year 11-5 AFC East title season in ‘85 alone, 50 in two other years). After ‘85, he never won more than 8 games and was out of football nearly a decade before Book ‘Em Dano.

With all the toss up games and reliable victims/favorites on byes I must choose between a bad Arizona team at -5 over hapless Gang Gruden or the Breesus Saints at -9.5 over the defending champs.

What do you think about Aaron Rodgers?

Personally, I feel he is overrated. Poor leader.

Although thre hasn't been enough time to really get Lamar up top speed if the ravens are smart they would run some college plays that lamar is used to. The rest of the players will have to adjust to QB that can actually move and wont get tackled so easy. Flacco has always just seemed like the easiest tackle big guy ever. The first time Lamar scrambles and breaks a tackle nobody will know what they are supposed to do and everyone will be out of position. If they win a game or two with Lamar they need to just ride it out the rest of the year because they are going nowhere fast with Flacco.

Big monday night game this week that will probably cost a team home field in the conf title game. I don't expect a ton passing because both teams are actually pretty terrible against the run and both have great running backs.

It’s not inconceivable that RG3 starts...Jackson left practice yesterday with a stomach issue.

KC will attack Peters at CB. Mahomes will throw for 300 plus. Book it!

Indy was favored but just by two. No killing.

Yeah true, but I mean if I had wagered a large sum, then I'd have been sitting pretty at the half. Oh well, you win some and you lose some. I won this won by a lot, but my fantasy team is absolutely putrid right now. What a terrible day for my guys. ****ing idiot decision I made to start Wentz over Roethlisberger will cost me a win and first place...
