Nike 6 Month Outsole Warrenty

Hello,

I use the Nike Vapor Cage 4 I’m still under the 6 month warranty but I’ve already worn into the midsole on my right shoe but have yet to on my left. The rate of wear is likely to increase on my right shoe as the midsole is a decently light foam like and seems to show increased signs of wear already. Do you know if they will accept this when sending the shoes back. Obviously if I get to the zoom component then I would most likely have more of a concern but still have a decent layer of the sole left.

If the midsole foam is exposed, they are ready to send in. Doesn't matter if it is on one shoe or both. You can push it closer to the 6 month mark if you want but I always sent mine in once the midsole was exposed bc that meant the rest of the sole was likely pretty bald as well at that point.

Fill out a claim on Nike.com and send them to Lebanon.

Did you buy them direct from Nike? We get ours from the TW location north of Atlanta and just bring them back there and they replace them on the spot. I assume that’s the case for any shop where you buy them but maybe that’s an incorrect assumption?

So how does this work? when i file the claim, and get the claim number, how exactly do I set this up to be sent to nike? im so confused.
