Nike Air Max Cage Sizing

Hello, I'm just about to wear the toes on my 10.5 Air Max Cages and was wondering which shoe would suit me better? I was deciding between the Prince T22 (Mid or the Low) or the Courtballistec 4.3. Recently I've had another incident with an ankle roll with the Cages, so I wanted to try something new. I normally wear size 11, which fit me well on the Barricade 7's, but moved half a size down for the Cages. Thank you!

b7's fit just a bit smaller, so I would go down .5 size. order from a good site like tw encase they don not fit and you need to get return.
