Saw pics of the US Open Green Strike ballistecs... with the same color transition (GRADIENT) he wore @ the French
 
Don't know if they'll be limited edition or just not released at all, but I do believe they will be for daytime play... black/hyper punch is the color combo for the limited edition 2014 US OPEN Ballistecs, so I wouldn't put money on it

Also, the daytime shorts are already available @ Aussie counterpart of Tennis Warehouse... gradient green as well, very cool looking.
 
Just saw Rafa's US Open outfit (probably for day matches) ... Honestly, I don't like it. However, I am sure it will suit Rafa well. The design is the same as French Open, but green. At his point of time I am more into Roger's stuff (also like the Advantage line so far). Having said that, I'll probably stay put until his WTF outfit gets released (just telling from the pics that's the best of the year, in my opinion).

My bad, I meant black and hot lava. Guess we'll see in a few weeks.
 
According to an European tennis shop, half and half green/white, and black/hot lava wristbands will be used by Rafa on US Open, day and night respectively. Hot lava/white, and hot lava/teal, will be used by Roger on US Open, night and day respectively. While the volt/white ones are Grigor ones. Maybe this can help to match each players outfits.
 
Just pulled the trigger on the Nadal green shorts and top for the US. My favourite outfit of his this year for sure.
 
Long time lurker, first time poster. I ran into my local shop two weeks ago. The owners let college kids run the place so they mess up every now and again when they put their inventory out for purchase. Let's just say that Rafa is going to look like the green lantern during the day and GI Joe (rise of Cobra) at night. As for Fed, the day polo that has been previously posted is on point and as for nighttime USO, you might as well retire the Darth Fed moniker and start calling him Fed Skywalker.
 
If they put the RF logo on the tongue of those day shoes then I'm in. Been waiting for a grand slam version with all the decals on them

I know what you mean, I've got the emerald fed polo but don't want to post pics before the Open. Nike have strict rules.

It's funny how the local shops seem to be able to sell the stuff early. Like I mentioned earlier, I have a short I've never seen before that must be coming out with the night stuff and I bought it the other day at my local store. And the same store had Nadal's day crew for sale already,

Yeah, his shirt doesn't look that bad but the lunars and shorts aren't so great. TennisSpree always posts stuff early which is great.

Interesting though I bought the Nadal day top and shorts off of a site and then straight after they took the items off of the website. Weird. Still get my order though haha
 
Seen the Fed US Open polos in person, their basically a repeat of last year's design just different colours and a added pattern. Plus the ventilation holes at the back the first hole is a star instead.

Thanks for this. That FB account has Nadal's night camo shirt and lunars, I think they both look pretty great.
 
Love the lunars, not sure about the shirt. I'm more stoked on Fed's Emarald Vapors, those things are kickass.
 
saw the nadal nigth session us open outfit too.....very disappointing to me. the cameo sucks completley and the pink even more. hoping of 2016
 
just for info ... some of fed's us open stuff is already up on a German tennis website. they have the petrol/hot lava shorts, the emerald polo (looks like it's the same fabric as last year - personally don't like it) and the petrol jacket ...
they also have some other new fall gear incl. 11'' gladiator breathe shorts and advantage breathe polos (they look quite nice) ...

The gladiator breathe are the shorts I got at my local store. Great shorts.

prices in Europe fortunately remained unchanged ... $100 for a tennis polo, however, is far from being reasonable ...
I am also a bit confused cause when looking at the TW website - where they already tease some other "new" rafa gear - it seems that he's gonna wear three different outfits??? the all green one, the camo for night sessions and then there is this "new" green strike/white shirt with the dark blue shorts. weird ...

Actually, this is the standard Nike release policy as far as the US Open Series is concerned (dating back to 2010 at least).
White/soar/green strike is for Montreal and Cincinnati (this year Hamburg as well but this is more of an exception than the rule)
Green stike/black is for day sessions in NY
Black/camo/hot lava is for night sessions in NY

As for the European prices, they did temporarily increase for the Summer collection. They are back to their old with the new Fall collection. I wonder whether this has to do with the fact that summer is usually dominated by Nadal (European clay) and Federer (grass). Nike certainly made an extra effort to milk Nadal by introducing an extra outfit just for Roland Garros (usually, there was only one outfit for all the events leading up to French Open; this year it was two)

however, if you go to the TW website you'll see rafa's current crew/shorts and in the back (no separate pictures but on the main site) there is a "new" white/green strike shirt (no soar at all) and a "new" dark blue (???) short with a green stripe. and if he's not gonna wear it at Cinci, it might be that he he has three outfits for the US Open unless the "new" one is for post US Open ...

I cannot find what you are writing about neither @ tennis-warehouse.com nor tenniswarehouse-europe.com. Can you post some links so that I would know exactly what you mean.
 
@miko - just click on the link above (posted by deebees). then go to the "Men's Apparel" section. then you see Nike on the left and Adidas on the right. already on that page you see the "new" shirt behind the pic of Rafa's current crew. and then go to the Nike main section. there you'll see the crew behind the pic of Rafa's current crew and the same goes for the shorts ...

the crew - just guessing - is probably green strike/white/black (the horizontal line) and shorts I'd say midnight navy/green strike ...

Indeed, it looks like an extra t-shirt. When you type 646097-340 in Google Images you should be able to see its front.

Frankly, this is surprising. For the last 2 years, there was only one post-US Open outfit, and it usually came with the Winter/Holiday collection. Getting a separate outfit just for one tournament (i.e. Cincinnati) seems like an overkill. Perhaps it is for the Asian swing. On the other hand, you can see the color palette is the same as the current outfit's (white (top), black (horizontal line), green strike (front), soar (swoosh)).

Nike seems to be really milking Nadal this year (ironically, one which proves one of the worst of his lustrous career). They seem to have become lazy too. One design for the entire year, and, from what I have read somewhere on this forum, he will sport the same design in the next AO, too. Go figure...

I can't imagine it to be post US Open as - as you said - it's the same colour pattern that is currently used, and it would also suit into the US Open line if there weren't already two other outfits. also agree with you on the design issue. to me all his stuff has been pretty boring so far this year except Madrid. I often like the colour combos of the challenger crews more than his crews. having said that, I am also not a big fan of Roger's stuff so far this year (usually I like most of his outfits/designs). some was nice but US Open for expample isn't growing on me (design is quite nice but I don't like the fabrics). since Indian Wells I am actually looking forward to Roger's WTF gear, telling from the rare pics it will be awesome ...
