Nike Sizing Rant and Proof they should make other sizes.

TW, you should convince Nike to produce size small apparel. I know for the Winter collection that was just released the other day, size small for the following are close or are sold out:

Nike Men's Winter Sphere Macro React Polo
Nike Men's Winter 13" Sphere Impact Short
Nike Men's Winter 11" Dri-Fit Tactical Short

And yeah that is about all that is offered in small for the winter collection. It really limits myself and 1000 others who would buy more other styles but only come in mediums.. Nike Small is more like medium and medium is like a large on me...

You have to keep in consideration that it isn't only American's whom tend to be larger buy your stuff, lots of younger kids and whatnot. I was at the nike outlet and looking at the tennis shorts they had at least 100 XXL shorts and nothing smaller, just ridicoulous.

Actually... the reason that you saw so many XXXXXXXXXLs in the outlet shop, is because, believe it or not, the smaller sizes have already been bought up. It's the same with TW's liquidation.... you see those sweet roland garros adidas shorts for only $15? They are STILL available (last time i checked)... and that's only because there are not enough people who are that into sports that are that big.....

i've found that with nike, wherever Medium is the smallest size, its significantly smaller than most mediums. And whenever small is the smallest size, its a regular small. just see the available sizes, if its M-XXL, then M will probably fit fine. if its S-XXL, then S is the way to go. mediums that are the smallest size are slightly bigger than the smalls that are the smallest size but they still fit me fine. the mediums that are the second smallest size are significantly bigger than the mediums that are the smallest size.

Try buying Jordan gear^ I have long legs and their medium shorts go most of the way down my shins. Yet they don't sell size smalls.

I totally agree! My lil' "hack" to the problem is the get the cheaper versions of the shirts in the boy's XL sizes! I wear a men's small, but some of their men's mediums fit as well as I can hope!
