Nike TENNIS socks?

I see this listing on the bay about Nike Dry Fit tennis socks, the likes of which Nadal uses, etc. Says they were last produced in 2009. Look very cushioned, like actual tennis socks. Anybody have them? Can vouch for them?

I usually go with plain old Nike crew socks, but after needing to buy some tennis specific ones, I realized I enjoy the comfort a lot. Might look to switch over. Here's a picture

it's retail version.
I have PE version which pros wear including berdych and Nadal but "L" "R"
Not bad socks but not the best.

Hi DF

I have a couple of pairs of these(am wearing a pair as I write this)

They are brilliant socks. Cushioned, classy and wash well. Great fit as well

Are they very thick like thorlo or whatever tennis specific socks are?

Thorlo is thicker than PE socks.
I tried many socks and even attempted to make socks recently.
Here is my thought.
Thickness
Thorlo> elite > nadal PE > Nike compression socks > drymax

When I played with hot condition, drymax was best but since it's thinnest socks,
I am not sure the advantage comes from their fabric or just thickness.

I personally prefer Nike compression socks because it's not crazy thickness but decent cushion with arch support (I think arch support feature is the best).

Honestly, tennis specific socks means nothing.

So where does the retail that I posted above fit into that? With Nadal PE? Basically I've got a ton of basic Nike cottons and I want to go dri fit, but I don't like the lack of inside (or black) logos. So if the retail cushioned are dri fit and thick, and have the logo benefits of cotton, that seems like the way to go.

OP; I have about a dozen pair of those exact socks that I picked up for $2 per pair at a Nike Outlet in Myrtle Beach. They are by far my favorite socks for tennis. For me, they offer just the right amount of cushioning. Thor-Lo
's are a little too thick for me and my feet slide around in them causing blisters. Stock-up on them if you can and if you don't like them I am sure you could re-sell them easily as they are no longer available.

I got four pair for now. The guy who sells em has a ton so if I like them, I may go fully with those! Thanks for the help!

Nike Elite socks are really cushioned if you still want to get Nike socks that are cushioned. But paying more than $10 for a pair is hard to swallow imo
