thats the rumor for the white colorway. blue scribble colorway is the same colors as the clothing for the spring release. hence the frustration with the delayed drop

I really think Nike realized how much people prefer the 9/9.5 over the current crap, they just can't release the 9.5 at the same time as these "newer" stuff. Not like the new stuff is flying off the shelf to begin with. If that is the case, well they only have themselves to blame on all fronts.

Agreed. Very few nice / classy designs in the new collection. Korda the only one I’ve seen look excellent in Nike gear. Even the subdued stuff has triangular graphic print that looks so dumb.

Players still using vapor pros, gp turbos, zoom zeros, and the aforementioned 9/9.5 in the Aussie this year. they can’t think we are this dumb to just bite at their new cheaply made stuff like fish going for bait

I thought I would try my hand at asking a Nike employee, this is what I got.

“Oh man! I remember those! When I worked at the retail store in 2017, we had a Tennis section and I remember those being on the shoe wall! Hoping to see these hit the site soon! No confirmed word just yet on our end, but I definitely recommend keeping an eye on our SNKRs platform here for the latest updates on all upcoming products drops ”

Damn... that just highlights how cheap the Vapor Pro 2 then... hahaha ($120-140 in 2014, the original price tag of the 9/9.5 roughly equals to $170 in today's money, just FYI)

Thanks for being so patient. I was still waiting from Nike on when we can actually talk about the Vapor 9.5s as there were some restrictions (media embargos). Since they have posted it, I can confirm we will be getting the Vapor 9.5s in that color way. It is scheduled to launch on 3/6 for $170.

Thanks for getting back to us with exciting news! And I figured as much some of their other shoes just released, a simultaneous release with the 9.5 will cannibalize those other lines.

Three questions:
1) Do you know if this will be a limited, one-time release, or will the 9.5 live on as a normal product line with seasonal updates?
2) Will you, TW, impose a customer limit on the amount of shoes each individual can buy?
3) Will the shoes be available at your Indian Wells shop (for those that are going)?

As I said before, I need to get confirmation from Nike before I can give any information about future quarters. However, I am going to do my best to answer questions.

1) The Vapor 9.5 will not be an inline model.
2) At this time, there will not be a limit.
3) Our hopes is to have it by BNP. It will depend on when Nike can get it to us.
4) No clay.
5) TWE is expecting that color. TO is not expecting the 9.5 at this time.
