Nike vapor 9 vs courtballistic 4.3 sizing

I currently own the Vapor 9 but I want to try out the 4.3's. If I am a 11.5 in the vapor 9 would I be an 11.5 in the 4.3? I can't try on any 4.3's in my area so anyone who has experience with both shoes could you please tell me if you wear the same size in both. Thanks

depends on your foot width I think. I have a medium to wide foot, so wearing the CB's is a bit tight so I went up half a size and its much better. but when i try on the vapors I have to stick with true to size. so.... i guess if u have narrow feet: cb's stick to size, vapors 1/2 smaller, wide feet: cb's up 1/2, vapors stick to size
not sure if that works for everyone tho =\
