Hey guys. Anyone know where I can get my hands on a pair of Nike Vapor S2 shoes in the White/Black and not all the funky blue? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I didn't think the S2's ran a half size small. The Vapor Speeds definitely run half size small though. Anyways if you have them in a size 10.5 in any color (including silver/photo blue) I would be interested, email me.
Beware - they did run a half-size too small. I'm an 11.5 guy with a well-worn pair of 12 S2's in my closet, to prove it. Don't go holy-grail-searching just to end up with the wrong size. Word to the wise: the S2's and the Speeds run .5 small, while the current Vapor is allegedly size-appropriate. Good luck with your quest.

Well we are just going to have to agree to disagree, because my well-worn pair of 10.5 s2's fit fine, and I am usually a 10.5 in Nike, including the Vapor 3's Breathe Free II's, etc. However I definitely needed an 11 in the Vapor Speeds.
Maybe it is a sizing inconsistancy or they changed the sizing for different colors or something, either way I think the message is YMMV..

and on another note, it seems like Sharapova has been wearing what looks to me like the Vapor S2's in silver with a large black swoosh on them, definitely during US open and the grass season, not sure about now, but anyways I don't see the ladies version of that shoe anywhere. Is that shoe available at all to the public, and is the girl's version the exact same just with different numbers for the sizing?

I'm no expert and I'm sure you are not either, but check TENNIS WAREHOUSE description page. They state the shoe runs 1/2 size small. No offense, but I would bet TW knows more about sizing than you. Maybe in your case they run normal, but TW uses a number of people to base this size issue on.

TW doesn't have a description page for the S2 up any more as far as I can tell. You realize the Vapor S2 and the Vapor Speed are different shoes, right?

By the way....I have been on tv...Ultimate Fighting Championships. I placed twice in 4 years.
