Purchased Nike Air Max Cage from TW in April, used the shoes for about 2 months before the right shoe air max unit popped in the heel. I continued to use them, but now the crack is all the way around the heel portion and it really feels different between right and left shoes. Looking to send them back for manufacturing defect to Nike.
Submitted a claim through the Nike website and got a claim number, I'm wondering do I need to fill out the 6 month durability guarantee card as well? The outsoles are fine and not worn through. I'm afraid if I fill out the card the inspector might think I'm submitting for the outsole guarantee and deny my claim.
