Does anyone know if the change to the tongue is included in the later colorways of the 1's? You can see that the top inner eyelet was changed, but wonder if the tongue was also.

It is not, had the lava ones and the navy ones and toungue is the normal 1 tongue

Stop with the claybreaker!
It's asinine

Really wanted to love these shoes, just too much bulk for my slight frame
Colorways keep getting better and better

Just received the light blue GP Challenge 1.5 clay shoes and I’m absolutely in love with them. They look fantastic and I can’t wait until they slowly turn orange from the clay.

Hi, Are the 1.5s anyway roomier in the big toe area or is the fit same as in 1s? The 1s were perfect shoes, but just hard for your big toes.

I only played with the 1s a single time and didn't like it, thought traction was odd and foot shifted a lot in toe box. Just got a new pair of 1.5, had one hit in them and it seemed different, hopeful these will be a new go-to. Still not as comfy as the GPTs

Even the later colorways of the 1s (the dark blue with light blue, neon orange) feel different from the original 1s I have (all white, white blue/orange)

The size table on the official Nike website is different from tennis warehouse. I would surely follow the Nike official one, but I wonder if anyone noticed it as well and if TW just keeps a general sizing table to every tennis shoe regardless of the different brands.

Zach from foot doctor just roasted the Challenger GP 1 and 1.5

Cant say I feel happy about it after I just spent some money on mine and am waiting for them
Thanks for the video. Just watched it.
The GP Challenge 1 is overrated and maybe the 1.5 too. Had two pairs of the 1 after using many pairs of the GP Turbo… it wasn’t even close to the explosive/comfort level.
Doubt the pros on the circuits wears the retail insole/outsole… lol
Have moved on but gotta say Nike is bringing out cool colourways though.

And after 5 weeks the front lace loop blew out. I don’t slide or interior drag. Disappointing, but got a replacement from NDC (mustard AO version). Might be my last Zoom NikeCourt for a while.

Not sure why people buy these.

The cheaper Challenge Pro is the better shoe than the One/1.5. Better designed, more comfortable, moves better etc.

Length is fine as long as you go 1.5 sz up but the width is usually narrower on women's.
My brother orders women's for this reason, he's got super narrow feet.
For what it's worth, on the GP Challenge 1's, the women's was the exact same in length and width when 1.5 size up. In my case that was 9 in men's and 10.5 in women's.
