The tongue is definitely the reason I threw away the shoes and would love to see gusseted, but the best case is booty construction like Court FF3. Another reason is the thin protection at internal toe area, toea hit the shoes and it hurts.

Does anyone have the 1.5s yet and confirm the gusseted tongue?

Maybe you should snag a pair and confirm the TW and Nike product description is what they say it is

Exceptional shoes for playing matches but they also get you at least once every time out with the toe jam. I’m relieved someone else noticed this too. Only downside of the shoe but I still use them because they are that good.

Has anyone tried drilling a hole instead of the lace hoops on the inside?

the updated version (1.5) no longer has this problem. look at the photos in the link, they made a hole for the shoelace

I meant the last two holes like in sinners shoes, I am getting some heel slippage with my orthotic in and wondering if there’s a way to fix it

Has anyone had the women's versions? Is it the same size and width if you get the right size? I have to note that the women's colors are much more nicely designed, especially this new black one
