Raducanu and Badosa have been testing these out for a while now. There are alleged official pics up on twitter now. Release is imminent. Guessing it's mid Jan 2023 for $150.
 
I was excited when I saw the Vapor Pro 2, honestly. I like the foam tongues and not the ultra thin tongues. But we'll see. I'm optimistic. I just hope it's softer than the NXT it replaces.

foam tongues are wonderful if they arent embedded into the forefoot section of the upper. hoping its a conventional tongue that is stitched only around the laces
 
Looks like Nike will use the forefoot cushioning from the Air Jordan 33, or similar to it

My guess is the Vapor 11 is the new Vapor NXT. And the Vapor Pro 2 is the new... well, Vapor Pro.

Looks like the Vapor 11 gets a better FitFrame and an overall lighter upper. The protective overlay for toe-drag is different too. Of course this is all speculation based on twitter pictures.

BTW - that twitter account posted a new color way for the Vapor 11s. I'm into those.
 
Unless the pictures are super deceiving it doesn’t look like the Vapor 11 has an exaggerated inward tilt… FINALLY!!!

Nice the forefoot cushioning was non existent / awful in the current version. Fixing the cheap tongue was my only other complaint. These will be great.

Vapor pro 2 looks like mashup with the GP Turbo. Could be nice as well.

Have a Court FF2 and Gel Res 8 I'm trying on right now, but might wait for these releases...

I actually think the Speed FFs are pretty good alternatives to the Vapor 9.5 series. Debating on whether to get another pair - but now the release of the new Vapors are imminent, I’m waiting.

Can you slide with the Speed FFs? I liked that the Nike's were a bit more slick.

I second the vote for the SS FF2.
Very comfortable and feel like they're good quality on your feet. Cushioned but firm, and with a real tongue that is padded.
They are narrow, so watch for that, but my feet are narrow and all Nike shoes are going to a wider-medium, at least in the toebox. That's why I quit using the Vapor Pro. Felt loose and the lacing system is terrible.

If true, I wonder how Nike will market them. The shoes are associated with Federer who obviously isn't sponsored by Nike anymore. Ironically, Nike will still be cashing on on their old partnership with Federer. I personally think Nike shoes have been largely inferior since the 9.5s...

We’ll have to see, wondering if the Vapor 11’s or the Vapor Pro 2’s will be the shoe that most of the players endorse. Unless obviously the 9.5’s actually get re-released, then I think we’ll see much more players in those.

That’s fine, I was just using your photo to state my opinion on the aesthetics.

we’ll see how it plays soon enough, but the question is do I look swag when if I lace these bad boys up

Yeah I don’t know how accurate that is so I just want to see official confirmation of this. I’ve only seen people saying that here and not anywhere else, so if it’s a rumor I don’t know how it started. Really hope that it’s true though.
