Rep says after annual meeting.
new cloth line is coming.
By any chance did you ask him about the Sampras prototype?
Maybe new racquet for the AO will come out.
oh well we shall wait till 09
I don't want a new racquet. There are too many in their lineup already. I just want them to bring the PS 6.0 back.
Dang it, I was hoping the Sampras protoype would be out by fall.
the sampras racket should be coming out early 2009 and there is no new technology til 2010
May I ask how you know this??
yes you may. i found out from wilson's man in the UK
Did he say what the new racquet technology will be? Will the clothing look cool, emphasizing the W, like Nike's swoosh, or will it be more boring stuff?
the only news is that the technology is coming in 2010. the rumours of it being called 'g force' are most definitely unconfirmed.
with regards to clothing, they claim that their new stuff is good and stylish, but i havent seen it yet
I doubt Wilson would put any new "tecnology" in a classic racquet. If this is supposed to take the place of the PS 85, then there will be no "new technology" and that is a good thing. Guess I am keeping my AK90's for another 6 months.
they are not coming out with new because the k line is selling very well. they have commanding market share.
Good for the rest of us who buy from their competitors...those guys may let the prices drop to be able to compete.
So we're buying better quality products AND getting them at a cheaper price
they're not coming out with a new technology because it takes time to develop a new technology
You know like have the technology in the Tennis industry is fake or "plausible" to some extent.
I heard that they are coming out with a new line this year. It will have a see through hole on the sides of the head, right through the PWS. They will call it, "Flexfulcrum" technology. Should be exciting.
Where did you hear about this? If its true, then what a rip-off of head's flexpoint
