How would this go over with you?
Imagine a Tour that mandated a fresh champion for every iteration of its tournaments.
Could be a total bust, obviously...
Or it could be an incredible breath of fresh air.
Your thoughts?
Just floating an idea. Why punish the strong players?
See above.But why though?
Who've you got in mind, Helmet? How about banning repeat TTW users instead?
Probably start with the spineless cowards who delete their own accounts and come crawling back two days later.Who've you got in mind, Helmet?

Can see the hugging going over reasonably well in the WTA.Maybe all of the players should get a trophy and a hug and it can be a losers tour.
Well, obviously this would not be beneficial to the real fans, but I get the idea, something dramatic needs to happen or tennis is on the outside lookin in.How would this go over with you?

How would this work in real life though? "Sorry you were the best and have beaten your opponent in the finals, but he gets the trophy as you have already won this tournament once?". Like little league. Trophy for participation for all? Where is this world heading to?How would this go over with you?

There are going to have to be a boatload of changes after the inflated glut that they engineered.
Wouldn't necessarily be a "punishment" for strong players. As an example, performance-based incentives could be added to the tournaments.
See above.
Yeah, it's just a loose concept. Would need some tweaking. How would this work in real life though? Who are the unlucky players on the other side of the net?or make the previous winner have to play best of 7 sets
winning back to back would be near impossible
