Not an NTRP Tournament?

This was taken from the page of a local tournament. So will the matches played in this tournament count towards year end ratings or not?

“NTRP National Championship Eligibility:
This tournament is a USTA Missouri Valley Section L4 (Level 4) event. However, this is not an NTRP tournament, therefore, players who enter this tournament will not receive points towards their NTRP Rankings/Standings or towards the 2024 NTRP National Championship eligibility. Players will, however, receive points towards their Adult Age Group Rankings/Standings.”

No, because it is not a NTRP event.

Thank you. That was what I assumed, I’m just not sure what age group rankings/standings are.
That is for the USTA MV standings. You get points for all the events you play and they count towards your overall ranking inside your state and section. Some people really care about that. I used too, but post COVID there are way fewer tournaments and I don't want to travel just to get points.
