Now that the dust settles... Let’s take a closer look at RG 2021 draw.

Stacked sections are also signs of rigged draw, imo. Assures lots of good matches early on and interest.

Rafa's got a pretty tough draw on paper, but realistically speaking, only sinner is the real threat given he keeps his clutch unlike last 2 meetings. Other than that there's nothing to worry about until SF.
Djokovic's draw otoh, is a meme. Though, if I were a nadal fan, I'd fear a bit from Nole SF. Despite being drained out, nole gave nadal a big scar in rome Final, was a break up and 2 points away from taking 1st set, missed a sitter to go a break up in 3rd; all while nadal struggling to dictate the play for the large part of the match.(and I don't believe that nole wasn't tired just because he competed well)
Yes, RG is a different ball game altogether, but Nadal HAS TO improve from his Rome form, or 2021 clay form in general, or else he'll have to literally grind through sinner & djokovic in long matches; and that can be tricky if a fresh youngster in standing there in the final (Tsitsipas or Zverev or even Thiem).

That's my honest opinion, my friend.

Tsits before a slam final. He’s even better than last year and he pushed Novak there.
Yes i agree but Federer could be in the QF where Tsitsipas is. Now, while i agree Federer is barely a shell of what he was, IF he makes it to QF and then rolls back the years he is a far better player than Tsitsipas. I agree there is nothing to suggest Federer does anything. But, the guy has game if it clicks. As a Nadal fan i would be wary of Federer if he got past Djokovic and really worried.

Sonego? What has he ever done outside Italy? As for Rublev or Karatsev that is just gold for Rafa as he was going to get one of Zverev Federer Tsitispas Rublev in a QF and no offence to rublev but he would be the one id pick.
They all can potentially drain out Rafa during their matches even if they lose; they do have their weapons. Not to mention Gaston who made Thiem utterly gassed last year.

Sinner lost in Rome to Nadal who was not playing well. Sonego has done nothing outside Italy. Djokovic has a tougher 1st week definitely.

Even if those young guy lose to Nadal they can still trouble him a lot; eventually Nadal will be exhausted in later rounds given his age.

Lmao. You do know there is a day in between matches?
Fatigue is not an issue at Majors unless matches go 5 hours and Sonego and Sinner will not go more than 3 and a half hours. Too young at the moment.

Look at what Gaston did to Thiem last year; Sonego and Sinner are able to do so to Nadal too.

Lol, no. You know how many times exactly Nadal was pushed to 5 sets at RG in 16 years, right?
Not necessarily 5 sets, those can be 4 sets but long enough with a bunch of extended rallies (remember the Mathieu match?). That can happen if the young guys are really determined to stay with Rafa as long as they can.

"Constant". Literally happened only twice.
They were set to meet early in Madrid too, but Sinner randomly lost to Popyrin. So their early-ish potential meetings would be: 2020 RG, 2021 Madrid, 2021 Rome, 2021 RG. That's much more than usual (plus all on clay!), but "constant" is a bit excessive.

At some point Rafa will have to start charging Jannik for all those free lessons.
